This cake recipe doesn’t use eggs or butter. It’s whacky!
Ingredients:
1½ cup flour
¾ to 1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. Dutch cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 cup cool water
6 tbsp. vegetable or extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix and stir until there are no lumps remaining. Pour into round or square pan. Bake 350 preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
