Parkview Presbyterian Church is seeking and accepting bids for janitorial services as follows:

• Church Building: Vacuum and dust two offices, sanctuary, balcony, and social hall; mop all wood and linoleum floors, clean
  kitchen (3 sinks), clean bathrooms (two sinks, three toilets, and one urinal)
• Heiwa Room (classroom building on property grounds): Vacuum and dust room, clean sink/counter, and clean bathroom (one sink and one toilet)
• Kansha House (residence on property grounds): Dust and vacuum (area rugs), clean all floors, clean kitchen (one sink), and clean bathroom (one bathtub, one toilet, and one sink)

Due to Co-vid restrictions, janitorial services will be required once a month but will increase once the church is opened for
in-person worship services and other activities.

Applicants will be required to produce a SSN/tax ID number, liability insurance, and a valid ID such as a California driver’s license. Please submit bids to officemanager@parkviewpc.org by April 26, 2021. Please email the same address, if you would like to view the property before submitting a bid.
