Parkview’s Mariners hosted a movie event on September 21, 2024. Their co-host, Hailing Tang, explained their mutual goal of raising funds and winter clothing to support the unhoused in both Sacramento and Los Angeles, where Hailing studies at UCLA. Many thanks to the donors. As of this writing, they have raised $1.060 and collected over fifteen bags of clothing. Donations will be accepted through September 30.
