I’m writing to invite you and your community to two special gatherings hosted by Iama Embodied Ministries created with special care for those who have experienced spiritual alienation and hurt. These two evenings are meant to nourish the soul and body through immersive, trauma-informed experiences that gently support personal growth, rest, and communal reflection.
Monday, August 11 | 6:00–8:00 PM
Inner Child Sound Healing Journey
With Madi Rane
An evening of deep listening and healing through sound. Guided by the gifted Madi Rane – a globally trained opera vocalist and certified sound healer- you’ll be invited to reconnect with yourself and God through breathwork, meditation, and the vibrational resonance of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and celestial vocals. This practice helps soothe the nervous system, and release stored emotions. The session includes a 30-minute guided meditation, a 60-minute sound bath, journaling, and space for gentle integration.
Tuesday, August 12 | 6:00–8:00 PM
Family Constellations Workshop
With Michael Zeffield (“Zeff”)
This group healing process invites us to gently explore how our early relationships – especially with our parents – shape our connection to life and the Divine. With compassionate guidance from Michael Zeffield, a trauma-informed facilitator and therapeutic space-holder with over a decade of experience, we’ll uncover hidden family patterns and open up new pathways to healing, clarity, and spiritual reconnection. Zeff brings warmth, depth, and a playful spirit to his facilitation, drawing from his work in intergenerational healing, youth mentorship, and ancestral reconnection. Learn more about his work here.
Both gatherings are free, open to the public, and part of our ongoing mission to offer embodied, spirit-led spaces for healing and wholeness. Please join us for one or both evenings. Please plan to arrive on time so we can honor our facilitators’ presence and ensure a full experience for all participants. RSVP is not required, but if you know you’re coming, we’d love a heads-up at embody.iama@gmail.com.
