Parkview held its third annual Thanksgiving Showtime on November 16, 2025. It showcased the varied talent in our congregation as well as special guests Igor Veligan and the Sakura Chorus. To date, the Thanksgiving Showtime has raised $3,340! One half of the donations will go to Pastor Igor Bilorus’s mission in Ukraine, which helps widows and children of soldiers killed in the Russian attacks on the independent nation of Ukraine. The other half will be used to support our mission work such as the SSIP Food Closet and NorCal Resist. You can add to this total by donating by November 30, 2025. Please click on the Support Parkview above or click here to donate online. Write Thanksgiving Showtime in the Notes/Memo section. Thank you for your generosity!
Many thanks go to Haruko Sakakibara, the Showtime organizer, Titus Toyama, the emcee, and the many volunteers and food donors who made the Thanksgiving potluck the amazing feat that it was. Thanks, too, go to the performers, the youngest of whom was just three years old! We are truly blessed. Much appreciation to Jonathan Sakakibara and Luda Wright for the photos.
