Parkview is a Matthew 25 church. Matthew 25:31–46 calls all of us to actively engage in the world around us, to act boldly and compassionately to see our neighbors through Jesus’ eyes and serve those who are marginalized or in need — people who are hungry, thirsty, naked, sick, imprisoned, strangers, poor or oppressed in other ways and in need of welcoming. South Sacramento Interfaith Partnership Food Closet (SSIP). SSIP Food Closet operates an emergency food distribution program to help alleviate food insecurity for Sacramento area residents. Parkview partners with faith-based organizations and community partners to provide the support and resources for the Food Closet’s mission. Parkview serves with Board members, volunteers, financial offerings, and donations of needed items.

Westminster Respite Center. The Westminster Respite Center is a safe and peaceful place for unhoused folks in the downtown and midtown area to have food and beverages, fellowship, charge phones, and acquire some supplies. Parkview sends volunteers 8:30-11:30 am on Wednesdays and donates food and supplies.
Opening Doors. Opening Doors is a refugee resettlement agency that Parkview supports with home set-up kits for kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms as well as with financial donations.
WIND Homeless Youth Services. Wind Youth Services provides homeless and at-risk youth between the ages of 12 and 24 with basic safety net and survival services and a safe place to stay. We invite WIND youth to our Sunday services and donate clothing and funds to the organization.
