Welcome to Parkview Presbyterian Church!

Parkview Presbyterian Church, a member of PCUSA, is an intercultural caring community in the heart of Sacramento, CA. Our story is extraordinary: a Christian community founded by Japanese immigrants was torn apart by World War II but rebuilt itself to become home to a variety of ethnic groups and an incubator for cross-cultural ministry.  If you believe it is a crucial Christian mission to build genuine, diverse families of faith committed to those in need of care, please come and join us!

Matthew 25:31–46 calls all of us to actively engage in the world around us, to act boldly and compassionately to see our neighbors through Jesus’ eyes and serve those who are marginalized or in need — people who are hungry, thirsty, naked, sick, imprisoned, strangers, poor or oppressed in other ways and in need of welcoming.
