At Parkview, I took care of the 3rd cooking class for this year. On July 5, 2026, we made bite-size inari (fried tofu) with toppings, cucumber sunomono (Japanese style salad), and strawberry daifuku (mochi with strawberry wrapped in sweet beans.) Everyone loved the hands-on activities, especially stuffing the inari with rice and eggs/ground chicken topping, and strawberry mochi! It is fun to work together and see what we can make!!
